This workout program is great for anyone, but specifically designed for the working guy or gal, mom or dad, and for all those people that have a full time job and want to stay fit but struggle to commit to a gym regiment. This is a raw program made in a garage, but originally started in a living room space shared with a little boy (my son James) that was watching tv - it does not require a lot of space. It is a squat based program. If you have a strong distaste for squats, this plan might not be for you, but if you are up for the challenge and this intrigues you, then jump in and start working!
