The Course
If you are reading this, it means you have made the choice to start a new journey.Today you have set yourself the goal to feel better, look better, but also to keep living your life without compromising your lifestyle too much. Investing time in this course means you're not just shaping up for the beach season; you're building a resilient body equipped to tackle everyday demands with ease. Think lifting groceries, playing with the kids, or sprinting to catch a bus—this program is designed to improve the way you move, in every facet of life. Read on and understand what you should expect over your next three-plus months.
Who is this program for?
It has been a long journey but I am positive that I have created the perfect program for the everyday guy and gal that wants to stay fit but has a very busy schedule and enjoys kicking-back and unwinding. The majority of the workouts last about an hour and by the end of chapter three you will see yourself working out about 3 times per week. I personally do NOT follow a meal plan and my rule thumb is “everything in moderation.” However, if you are a very disciplined person and are able to stick to one, more power to you. It means you will achieve even greater results.
This is a three part program.
Chapter ONE - 4 weeks
Chapter TWO - 5 weeks
Chapter THREE - 6 weeks
If you haven’t worked out in awhile or are new to anything that spells fitness, Part ONE will be crucial as it focuses on getting the movements down and building a strong foundation.
In Part TWO, length of workouts will slightly increase as well the number of squats that you will be performing.
Part THREE has the longest span of the three but it will also decrease the number of workouts that you will do per week.

I've dedicated time to ensure that everything is well-organized and easily accessible so that you don't hit any speed bumps on your path to a more fit, healthier you. By the end of this, you'll not only see the transformation but feel it - invigorated with newfound energy and a sense of accomplishment that comes from sticking with it and smashing those milestones.

I am Simone, the creator behind the innovative "Resurgence Workout" course. Let me start by giving you a little background.
Why did I create this program in the first place? Out of personal necessity! At the beginning of 2019 I made a career change that brought me from a “stand on your feet and run around all day” scenario to a “sit down and type all day” profession. My son was born in late 2018, and while he was becoming more mobile, the call for family time increased and my time at the gym basically came to an abrupt halt.
Life was at a complete “180.”
Fast forward 7 months. I had gone from 162 pounds to 176 pounds and most of that was not muscle…I realized that I had gained the weight but I didn’t have time to invest in a running routine, let alone commit to going back to a gym regiment. I needed to find a different type of approach that would fit my new lifestyle. I remember coming across an article on squats and benefits that came attached to them and after some more research I came to the conclusion that: “Squatting doesn’t require a ton of room or time, let me start there.” I started slowly, performing squat sets while my son was watching his morning cartoons and that was it.
Years later and I'm still squatting on a regular basis. Over time the routine has evolved into a full fledged program that is not just about squats but a total body workout. Staying focused and committed to this new regiment has brought me back to a good place. It truly felt like a come back, a revival of sorts, so when the time came to choose a name for the program -Resurgence- was not only fitting but it also embodied what I felt throughout this journey.
